Today I received a lovely little treat in the post, a selection of biscuits from the Biscuit Box! And these have to be the cutest little biscuits I have seen.
The very kind team at Visit East Lincolnshire sent over some goodies to me ready for my little road trip to the nearby coastal town of Skegness, and these seaside inspired biscuits are perfect! Firstly, the biscuits look great and super fun to eat – there is a lot of attention to detail in the decoration – and on the surface appear to be quite crunchy, but on the inside they are delightfully soft, just like a good biscuit should be, delicious! The box cover promised they would be super chocolatey, and they really, really are.
Each biscuit is made, baked and hand-iced in The Biscuit Box home in Guernsey, and you can buy a selection from their Not on the High Street store. They have designs for all occasions and personally, I think they make fantastic gifts!
My trip to Skegness will be coming up on the blog soon, so keep reading!
